Downstairs
Two rooms + Kitchen. 
The main Dining/Meeting room features a gas fireplace. The other room provides ample space for additional seating and buffet tables.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator / freezer, two basin sink 
and prep space for caterers.
 

Upstairs
The large upstairs hall with vaulted ceiling features a full stage with theatrical lighting*, dressing rooms and performance seating for up to150. The room is ideal for banquets 
and other events which call for formal presentation space. 

Note: Downstairs may be rented alone for functions or events with less than 50 persons. Functions and events with more than 50 attendees require rental of both floors. Functions or events requiring access to the building on days other than the actual function or event are subject to additional fees.

Unity Hall Foundation members and certified Not For Profit groups are entitled to rental fee discounts. Multi day rental discounts are also available.
 
* Use of theatrical lighting requires a trained operator and is subject to additional charges.
